The City of Southgate Clerk’s Office offers notary public services to assist residents and visitors with notarizing documents.

  • Nonresidents: $10

Before You Visit

To help ensure your document can be notarized, please keep the following in mind:

  • Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID.

  • Do not sign your document before your appointment. The notary may need to witness your signature.

  • Make sure all required documents are complete, but leave any signature fields unsigned until instructed by the notary.

  • All individuals required to sign the document should be present.
